Have you ever been Queen for a Day? A radio station, Warm 106.9, had a contest for which secretary was the best, and our secretary(Joyce)won. She got to go to a spa and have lunch. She also got gift certificates because she won. Our school did something special for Joyce. We set red wrapping paper across the floor for her to walk on. We also crowned her queen of the day. Everyone in the whole school came to the outside of the office and when Joyce came we bowed down to her and said "Hail Queen Joyce, hail Queen Joyce". It was quite funny. We also gave her flowers. She also had a walking stick but it was only a ruler. We watched her as she drove away to the spa. It was cool that our secretary actually won the contest. We think she is SUPER!
