Hi! I’m Nathaniel Bergman, in Ms.
T’s class, and I want to tell you about our earth day field trip. On April 10,
2015 we went to a park to do earth day activities. We walked there. First we
planted plants, because in the area of the forest we were in there was not
enough plants. I planted 2 ½ (planted 2
and halfway planted 1) ferns and 1 or 2 trees (I don’t remember). After that we
had lunch. During lunch, they told 2 stories: One was where coyote gave a rock
junk while everyone else was giving him treasure, but then the rock trapped him
in a cave. The other one was where god gave the birds 4 days to build the
houses where they would live, but mud swallow just bragged about how his house
would be the best instead of building it. They also gave us nuts, berries, and
smoked salmon to eat. I was really good. Then, we walked to the river with a
staff member. He taught us about the fish population and how the amount of
water in the river is changing. Finally, we walked back to our classroom. I
really liked the fieldtrip. Blogged by Nathaniel Bergman.

I loved going on the earth day field trip. The salmon was very yummy, it tasted like a hotdog!
ReplyDeleteI really liked planting the trees and learning about salmon on the river walk. The food was also really good.
