Right now we feel like we are living in a storage unit, but that's really our own classroom! Whenever we need something it's always packed! Tomorrow we'll be packing our computers and even the cords! It's pure mania! Sometimes we can't even find the markers. But the kids in the class are perfectly fine! Really!

Signs of Spring
In March are class found bunnies and some flowers blooming. Ms.T pointed out that they were signs of spring. After that 4 people stayed there and the 15 other people (plus Ms.T) went to the other side searching for the bunnies. The 4 people were: Anya, Jacqueline, Alex, and Ben. Finally we saw the bunny. The bunny was black. Yesterday Anya, Jacqueline, Ellie, Kylie, Hanna, and Loren saw a bunny. It was a grey bunny. And today we went on a walk back in the brambles and we saw a flock of robins on the field. He was building a nest. We saw some leaves sprouting and we also saw some bunny scat near the hole we thought that was the burrow.
These are all signs of spring.

Our class field trip
Last week our class went on a Field trip to the Seattle Underground Tour and the Klondike Gold Rush National Park. We left as soon a everyone came in to the class room When we got to Seattle, we went to the Underground. Our guide was Ed. Under ground it was moist. We explored a little, we went in to about 2 buildings then we Left for Lunch at Waterfall garden park.
After we had lunch we went to the Klondike Museum. We watched a 15 minute video about the gold rush. Then we leaned how to find and pan gold. My group did the scavenger hunt. We had a lot of fun at the Klondike Museum.
Thanks to all our chaperones.

Student Dictionaries
A few days ago our class got new student dictionaries!!!! We got the dictionaries from the Happy Valley Grange. The people that came with them are Mr. and Mrs. Issacson. The best part was the very last page, and it was the longest word in English language (it has 1,909 letters). Also, someone looked up gadget it was really funny because it had a description of a thingamajig. Also, someone looked at numbers with 1-100 zeros the coolest one was Googol it was the one that had 100 zeros.
We are really enjoying our dictionaries and we sent thank you notes to them.
